A Cute Tutorial: Make a Fabric-Covered Letter

Today, I want to share a really fun DIY project with y’all. I found it while browsing one of my favorite blogs, Elm Street Life. The author, Whitney, is so creative and has great tutorials. Be sure to check out her “DIY projects” page… It is over-flowing with amazing {yet simple} projects.

This particular project caught my eye, not only because it was adorable, but also because I knew it would look perfect in the corner of little Jessa’s desk.

Here is the link to Whitney’s tutorial:

Make a fabric-covered letter

The only things I changed were 1) instead of buying a pre-cut letter from a craft store, I cut my own using a piece of cardboard from a cardboard box. {My letter is not as sturdy as one from a craft store, but it works none the less!} And 2) I also added a little embellishment, using a small piece of ribbon and a button.

Please let me know if you decide to try your hand at this project… I would love to know how yours turned out!

And remember… Be creative! :)

What a sweet letter... so creative! I am sure that Jessa loves looking at it, and will cherish the work that her sweet big sister put into it!

Blessings,
~Shannon~
