“That little bird has chosen his shelter. Above it are the stars and the deep heaven of worlds. Yet he is rocking himself to sleep without caring for tomorrow’s lodging, calmly clinging to his little twig, and leaving God to think for him.”

Jenna, the sand bokeh in that picture is AMAZING!! I don't think I've had the joy of getting that in a picture before....WOW! and those little sand pipers are my favorite. :) thank you for sharing the quote....sometimes I look at birds and think "and God loves us so much more".....
See you soon!

Hello Jenna,
I just wanted to leave you a comment to let you know how delightful it is to visit your blog! The Lord in you is shinning brightly! I hope that we can all get together soon.

Wonderful photo, Jenna! And the quote fits it well. :) It reminds me of the passage in Scripture that speaks of not worrying . . . how even the birds of the air are cared for.
"Look at the birds of the air, that they do not sow, nor reap nor gather into barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not worth much more than they? . . . Do not worry then, saying, 'What will we eat?' or 'What will we drink?' or 'What will we wear for clothing?' . . . But seek first His kingdom and His righteousness and all these things will be added to you." Matthew 6:26, 31, 33
