1 John 3:1-3

DSC_1243

See what kind of love the Father has given to us, that we should be called children of God; and so we are. The reason why the world does not know us is that it did not know Him.

DSC_1241

Beloved, we are God’s children now, and what we will be has not yet appeared; but we know that when He appears we shall be like Him, because we shall see Him as He is.

And everyone who thus hopes in Him purifies himself as He is pure.”

Miss Elizabeth,

I used my 55-200mm. lens to capture these photographs. I use the same lens for most of my photography!

Many Blessings,
Jenna

These photos are incredible, Jenna! They capture the colors, detail, and beauty so well. How beautiful is the Lord's creation!

And the verses that you shared are wonderful ones . . . and they touch on the fact that just as this butterfly had to go through metamorphosis from a caterpillar to a butterfly, so we will we be changed as "what we will be has not yet appeared." When the mortal will put on immortality, and the perishable will be changed to imperishable. What a glorious day that will be when we join our Savior, and "see Him as He is"!
